Yes. It’s something. I still have dreams situated there.

I went to a girl's day school in 7th grade and had a hard time with the other kids. so that was it for me.

this looks like a great deal of fun, though! a cool group indeed.

7th graders can be tough. I was lucky - my 7th grade co-ed class had only 12 students!

Not really enough for "mean girl" cliques.

it was a very long time ago! over 50 years.

but they can be.

my other private school experience wasn’t long either but it was pretty great. it was an arts high school. (I majored in weaving.)

While I have absolutely no experience with a prep school, my guess is you have some lifelong friends from that school. Isn't it amazing how quickly 50 years go by? Mine is in a couple of years, and I'm not sure I'll go because I really didn't make or keep up relationships or friendships with anyone I'm not already seeing.

But, wow! What a beautiful school. I'm guessing your dorm room was quite colorful while you lived in it!

Lifelong friends indeed. We formed the kind of bonds one typically forms with one's college friends. Our class has reunions every 5 years (all the students with grad years ending in 4 and 9 attend).

And yes, lots of posters on a 4 x 8 foot pressboard (no punctures allowed in walls, there was moulding for S hooks). I had 4 different rooms, in different areas of campus.
